|Class Schedule for Spring Term 2017|
term, classes run for ten weeks unless stated otherwise. Classes will commence
in the week beginning Monday 1st May. There will be no
half term break this term.

Dancing Body with Jenna Agate
6.30pm - 8.00pm
A contemporary dance class that uses Release techniques to lengthen the
spine, strengthen and mobilise the muscles and awaken the body. You will
develop a freedom of movement that will facilitate a body-centred and
grounded way of dancing that will be both uplifting and energising. Open
to women of any age and fitness, whether you have danced before or not.
